David Gerke, Technical Services Manager

David is the Technical Services Manager at Doherty Associates and is therefore responsible for managing the helpdesk, ensuring that our clients receive the highest levels of service. He is also the coordinator of all technical projects, ranging from reactive onsite support visits to planned distributed project implementations.

David has 10 years’ experience working with a diverse range of hardware and software technologies. Before joining Doherty Associates, he managed his own consultancy firm in Australia. Through providing a variety of IT solutions to small and medium-sized businesses primarily in the professional services sector, he has developed an expert understanding of their needs and expectations.
