Fortinet NSE 3 Accreditation & Microsoft Training completed by Sales Support Administrator, Joshua Luthwaite 

We are pleased to announce that Sales Support Administrator, Joshua Luthwaite, has achieved his Fortinet NSE 3 accreditation, as well as gaining industry training directly from Microsoft in cloud computing, Microsoft 365, and Azure. 

The Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) program guides Partners through 8 levels of training and assessment in network security. A wide variety of courses and practical exercises are available that demonstrate mastery of complex network security concepts. 

There are 8 levels to be achieved under the accreditation. Levels 1-3 are targeted at sales individuals who want to maximise their knowledge and skills to a high standard. Along with having the ability to discuss and present on the ever-changing solutions around tech security. 

Levels 4-8 are targeted at more technical focused individuals such as engineers and architects. NSE provides an in-depth understanding of security infrastructures, how they are formulated, as well as the gaps, prevention and implementation practises to ensure continuity for current and future clients. 

The Microsoft knowledge gained was provided by Microsoft Learn, Microsoft’s training platform available for those within any technology role to keep up to pace with Microsoft’s solutions and requirements. Microsoft has certification paths for many technical job roles. Each of these certifications consists of passing a series of exams to earn certification. Joshua completed the Fundamentals course in Cloud Computing, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure – all of which support his sales support role at Doherty Associates.
