Fortinet NSE 3 achieved by External Client Manager, Natasha Morais, in just 6 weeks

We are pleased to announce that Doherty Associates’ external client manager, Natasha Morais, has achieved her Fortinet NSE 3 Accreditation in just 6 weeks.

Natasha has been with the Doherty team since December 2019. With the support of the Doherty sales team she has been able to access some very insightful training platforms such as the Fortinet NSE program.

“The reason for my excitement around this particular certification is the relevance in relation to technology today” Natasha said. “We are continuously seeing how much of a challenge security is to every business within every industry. With new attacks every day, having a great understanding around the subject is crucial.”

Fortinet are leading the marketplace with core security products such as next generation firewalls and the evolution of SD-WAN. Having received training and the achievement of her NSE 3 (Network Security Expert), with her updated knowledge, Natasha is adamant that supporting clients at Doherty and insuring they have the best security solutions for their business will be seamless.


So what is the NSE accreditation?


The Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) program guides Partners through 8 levels of training and assessment in network security. A wide variety of courses and practical exercises are available that demonstrate mastery of complex network security concepts.

There are 8 levels to be achieved under the accreditation. Levels 1-3 are targeted at sales individuals who want to maximise their knowledge and skills to a high standard. Along with having the ability to discuss and present on the ever-changing solutions around tech security.

Levels 4-8 are targeted at more technical focused individuals such as engineers and architects. NSE provides an in-depth understanding of security infrastructures, how they are formulated, as well as the gaps, prevention and implementation practises to ensure continuity for future clients.
