This policy is issued under and forms part of the Master Services Agreement or other agreement (“Agreement”) Client (“you”) have entered into with us which references this policy and any capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in such Agreement.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or replace this Health and Safety (Clients) Policy. Please check the Health and Safety Policy (Clients) periodically for changes. Your use of the Services following the posting of any changes to the Health and Safety Policy (Clients) constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms of this Health and Safety Policy (Clients). You agree to ensure that there is no breach by your employees, consultants, agents, customers, suppliers or independent contractors (“Representatives”) of this Acceptable Use Policy and will be responsible for any such non-compliance.
Where Supplier Personnel are required to perform Services at a Client site (this is anywhere that the client requires Supplier Personnel to perform services other than at the Suppliers offices or their (the Supplier Personnel) home addresses) Client shall provide or procure all such access and facilities as are reasonable required by the Supplier for the performance of the Services.
Client shall ensure that an up-to-date risk assessment relating to the site is available for review and will as a minimum ensure that the site is adequately heated and ventilated, free from unmanaged hazards and is well maintained so as to provide a safe working environment.
In all cases, Client will provide the Supplier Personnel with all required administrative access to the Client systems where required to enable the Supplier to perform the Services in accordance with this Agreement and/or the relevant Order Form.
As a minimum, Client will provide the following, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled site visit;
- A copy of the latest Risk Assessment, that will include as appropriate, the measures to ensure that the site is a Covid Secure Workplace,
- A copy of any specific site instructions, including if necessary, parking arrangements, how to access the site, any identity verification documentation required and who to ask for at reception,
- Any site-specific Health and Safety information,
- Providing clear guidance on social distancing and hygiene to Supplier Personnel on arrival, for example, signage or visual aids.
