James has been an integral part of Doherty Associates since year one.
Having studied Computing at University, James worked first in software development before moving into support and then sales roles with several leading technology providers. He then joined Terry in the early days of Doherty Associates and is now a director of the company.
Together with his fellow board members, James is responsible for determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies. He also manages some of the company’s longest-standing clients.
With his many years of experience, both in the sector and in relationship-building, James truly understands that organisations want their IT to be a business enabler. To this end, he gives the time and attention necessary to get under the skin of his clients’ objectives, before making it his personal priority to ensure they receive the level of support that will help them to achieve their goals.
